Q. What does “unlimited updates” include?
We’ll update any content and images as often as you would like us to!
Q. What do the “Traffic Reports” include?
This will show awesome data about the type of visitors your website is receiving. You’ll be able to see a how many visitors are coming to your website, where they are coming from, and a ton of other data! We’ll send you this report each month, or anytime you would like to see it.
Q. Where do I request changes and updates to my website?
You will have access to our project management system where you’ll be able to submit a request.
Q. What does the “Blog” include?
We’ll set up a blogging platform so you can post blog articles on your website. If you need assistance in writing articles, ask us about our blog management!
Q. Is it possible to buyout my website?

Q. How quickly do you process updates?
This really depends, as each task is unique. We’ll let you know as soon as receive the request.
Q. Can I cancel my package?
If you’re on a monthly subscription, you can cancel anytime! If you’re on a biannual subscription, you are committing to a 6 month term. Your subscription will automatically renew unless we receive a cancellation request prior to the automatic renewal. You can email us at info@ocwebfirm.com for cancellation requests.
Q. What does “On-Site SEO Optimization” mean?
We’ll optimize your website to be search friendly. We’ll optimize your headers, images, titles, descriptions, submit sitemap to Google and Bing, suggest improvements with your content, and more!
Q. What happens to my website when I cancel?
Your website becomes inactive. After a 30 day inactivity period, your website and files will be deleted. After they are deleted, they can not be recovered.
Q. Is my business qualified for any of these plans?
Currently, we only offer these to Orange County businesses. If you're not sure, please feel free to sign up for one of these plans. Our support team will follow up with you to check your site eligibility.
